1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how MYHVN (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with Cam Screen Cast (the “App”), an iOS application for recording the screen with a camera view and for recording supported front-and-back camera combinations.
Cam Screen Cast is designed so that camera footage, microphone audio, screen content, and finished recordings are processed and stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them. We do not operate a server that receives your recordings.
2. Information and Device Permissions
Camera
The App requests camera access to display and record the camera you select and to provide Dual Camera recording on supported devices. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Microphone and app audio
The App requests microphone access when you enable voice recording. During screen broadcasting, iOS may also provide audio from the recorded app when App Audio is enabled. Audio is used to create the recording and is processed locally.
Screen recording and broadcast data
Screen + Camera uses Apple ReplayKit and a broadcast extension. iOS displays a system confirmation before broadcasting begins. Screen frames and permitted audio are passed to the App’s extension to create your video locally. We do not transmit screen contents to our servers.
Photos
If you enable Save to Photos or manually export a recording, the App requests permission to add the finished video to your Photo Library. It accesses only what is required for the action you choose.
Recordings and preferences
Videos, thumbnails, metadata, recording mode, quality, frame rate, camera choice, border color, background style, audio preferences, and similar settings may be stored locally so the App can display your Library and remember your selections.
3. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency
The free version uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google and its partners may process data such as device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, approximate location inferred from network information, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising.
Where required, the App uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline tracking, the App remains usable and advertising may be less personalized. You can change this choice in iOS Settings. Consent options may also be presented where required by law.

4. In-App Purchase
The App offers Cam Screen Cast Pro as an in-app purchase. Apple processes payments, purchase history, and restoration through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The App may check entitlement information provided by Apple to unlock Pro features.
5. How Information Is Used
- Capture, combine, save, preview, and export recordings you request.
- Provide Screen + Camera, Picture in Picture FaceCam, and Dual Camera features.
- Remember recording, appearance, audio, and storage preferences.
- Display and measure advertising in the free version.
- Verify and restore Cam Screen Cast Pro purchases.
- Diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance.
- Respond to support messages you send.
6. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Recordings and related project files remain on your device until you delete them in the App, remove them from Photos, or uninstall the App, subject to iOS storage behavior and any backups you control. The App includes controls for deleting recordings and, where available, separate source files.
Advertising and diagnostic providers retain information according to their own policies. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request and maintain support records.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your camera footage, microphone audio, screen content, or recordings. A recording leaves the App only when you choose to save, share, export, or otherwise transfer it using iOS features. Advertising and diagnostic data may be processed by Google as described above, and transaction data is processed by Apple.
8. Third-Party Services
- Apple ReplayKit and Picture in Picture – screen capture and system camera presentation.
- Apple AVFoundation – camera, microphone, audio, and video processing.
- Apple StoreKit and App Store – purchase processing and restoration.
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform – advertising and consent management in the free version.

9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Security and Your Choices
You control camera, microphone, Photos, and tracking permissions through iOS Settings. You can also delete recordings inside the App. Protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. No storage method is completely secure, but local processing limits the exposure of recording content.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
